Description

Изобретение относитс  к станкостроению и может быть использовано дл  закреплени  цилиндрических деталей при шлифовании. Известны устройства аналогичного назначени , в корпусе которых размещены зажимные элементы , управл емые пневматически или гидравлически от общего источника питани . Однако известные устройства не обеспечивают полного прилегани  всех зажимных элементов к поверхности дет.али, имеющей отклонени  от цилиндрической формы. JQ Цель изобретени  - обеспечить надежный зажим деталей, имеющих отклонени  от цилиндрической формы. Дл  этого зажимные элементы выполнены в- 15 видеустановленных в корпусе эластичных манжет, снабженных внутренней полостью, сообщаемой с источником питани , а между манжетами установлены втулки с внутренними конически ии полост ми , взаимодействующими с установленными 20 внутри каждой втулки rio окружности дополнительными зажимными элементами. На фиг. 1 изображен описываемый патрон, половина осевого сечени ; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1.25 5 В корпусе 1 размещены фигурные втулки 2, в которые вставлены эластичные манжеты 3. Между втулками 2 установлены кольца 4, образующие кольцевь1е полости 5 с коническими поверхност ми 6. В полости 5 установлены дополнительные зажимные элементы 7 с наружной конической поверхностью 8. Элементы 7 подпружинены кольцевыми разрезными пружинами 9, вход щими в выточки 10. Р дом с элементами 7 установлены эластичные кольца 11, сдвигающие элементы 7 в осевом направлении. Между корпусом 1 и втулками 2 размещена гильза 12 с выточками 13 и 14, сообщающимис  через отверсти  15. Штуцер 16 соединен с источником питани .
