Description
The invention relates to the field of finishing textile materials, in particular, wool fabrics, with the aim of imparting fire resistance to them. There is a known method of imparting flame retardancy to wool fabrics by impregnating them with a solution containing a mixture of tetraoxyhydroxymethylphosphanium and methylolmelamina, followed by drying and heat treatment (method “proban”) 1. This method is difficult to process. In the process of finishing, the neck of the fabric varies, stiffness appears. Closest to the proposed method is a flame retardant finishing of fibrous materials by impregnating them with solutions of fully mixed alkoxyphosphazenes, for example hex (dibromoproloxy) cyclophosphazenes (DBPF) in an organic solvent followed by heat treatment 2. This method is mainly used for treating cellulosic materials. Wool on a fabric treated by a known method has a hard oily neck and low physical and mechanical properties. The effect of fire resistance is not maintained after washing. In order to improve the physicomechanical properties of the wool materials being processed while simultaneously giving them resistance to mild and acid impermeability, according to the proposed method, wool materials are impregnated with a 10-15% solution of fluoroalkoxychlorozlotbryphosphazene of the general formula PsNsCb-n (OHSEGRHSR.N), where. The presence of chlorine atoms in this compound contributes to the preservation of the effect of fire resistance even after washing, due to the chemical interaction of fluoropropoxychlorcyclotriphosphazene (TPPP) with keratin of wool. Example 1. A sample of cloth fabric containing 95% wool and 5% nylon is impregnated with a 10% solution of TFPP in acetone, removed to 100% of the weight gain, plus it is kept until the solvent is completely removed, dried, and subjected to heat treatment at 140 ° C. for 5 minutes Similarly, tissues are treated with 12 and 15% solution and TFPP in acetone. The treated tissue samples are tested for fire resistance according to GOST 15898-70. The fire resistance is judged by the residual burning time and the height of the charred area upon contact of the sample with the flame for 10 seconds and 30 seconds. The properties of treated taki.m by fabric are given in table. 1. Fire resistance of wool fabric treated with DFT solution in acetone

The proposed method for treating wool fabrics has several advantages: o-nest resistance is achieved with an insignificant weight gain (up to 20%) and is maintained after the styphysico-mechanical properties of tissues treated with TFPP and DBPF

From tab. 2 It is APPEARING that the physicomechanical properties of the fabric treated with DBPP are deteriorating (the abrasion resistance is reduced by almost 50%, the neck is changed).
3, it can be seen that the fabric treated with DFPP becomes mothproof and acid-proof.
