Description

Изобретение относитс к переработке ттодов и овощей, а именно к сортировочным машинам , и может быть использовано в консервной промышленности при цельноплодном консервировании, например блок, томатов . Известна сортировочна машина, включающа несколько установленных с зазором сортировочных прутковых секций и расположенного под ними ленточного транспортера с перегородками дл подачи и отвода плодов ll. Известна сортировочна машина не обеспечивает высокого качества сортировки С целью повышени качества сортировки в предлагаемой сортировочной машине между сортировочными секци ми расположены лотки дл сбора рассортированных фракций, при этом перегородки расположены на транс портере с образованием расход щихс каналов и установлены с возможностью регулировани их положени по ширине транспортера . Между ленточным транспортером и каж-, дои сортировочной секцией установлен наклонный элеватор дл плодов. При этом каждый лоток выполнен в виде нескольких желобов с наклонными днищами , каждое из которых образовано двум эластичными лентами переменной длины и установленной между ними рамкой, служащей окном дл сброса отсортированных фракций плодов на ленточный транспортер. Один конец эластичной ленты закреплен за верхнюю часть желоба, а другой - за рамку . На фиг. 1 схематически изображена сортировочна машина в аксонометрии; на фиг. 2 и 3 - то же, виды сбоку и сверху; на фиг. 4 - разрез А-А фиг. 3. Машина состоит из нескольких установленных с зазором сортировочных прутковых секций 1 и расположенного под ними ленточного транспортера 2 с перегородками 3 дл подачи и отвода плодов. 1.
