Description

Example. The reactor with a volume of 85 m is loaded with 32.7 t / h of Karatau common ore with a content of 24% P205 and 25.6 t / h of 93% sulfuric acid. This also serves 70.3 t / h of circulating phosphoric acid. The decomposition of phosphorus is carried out at a temperature of 105 ° C, a ratio of solid and liquid phases in the pulp equal to 1: 2, a concentration of P2O5 and an excess of 5 Oz in the liquid phase of the pulp, respectively 26% and 1.5%. Puliu containing a solid phase, which consists of 40% of calcium sulfate crystals with a size of 30-60 microns and 20% of crystals of 60-80 microns, is recycled to the same zone. Next, part of the recirculating pulp is kept in the crystallization zone, which has a volume of 200 m for 2.5 hours at 90 ° C and a concentration of excess OO 3%, after which the pulium is filtered.

The removal of 1 m of the filter working surface is 400 kg RUR / hour.
