В основу предложени положено физическое вление отражени УХН от поверхности намагниченного ферромагнетика , при котором нейтроны со спином па направлению намагниченности имеют амплитуду рассе ни а ч-b , а против намагниченности а - b , где а - дерна когерентна амплитуда рассе ни ,The invention relates to the design of devices for the accumulation of ultracold neutrons (UCN) and can be used in experimental neutron physics. Various devices for obtaining and storing ultracold neutrons are known, and one of the urgent tasks of neutron physics at present is the creation of efficient devices for the accumulation of ultracold neutrons. The closest to the proposed one is an ultracold neutron storage ring containing a closed vessel with a converter located in the throat of the vessel, a magnetic gate with a solenoid and a control unit. The principle of action of the gate of a known accumulator lies in switching on the magnetic field of such a magnitude and configuration synchronous with the neutron source of such a size and configuration that the neutrons ejected from the converter with the boundary speed VSP with the direction of the spins against the field will slow down and transfer to UCN. In the interval between pulses, the converter or its lining, which blocks the inlet, prevents the UCN from exiting the vessel. The limiting velocity of the converter must be not less than the limiting velocities of the walls of the storage vessel, i.e. To suit Vjp V, p The disadvantage of the known accumulator is relatively low efficiency, due to the fact that it is technically difficult to realize a high frequency of following magnetic field pulses of the required duration and intensity, which, in turn, limits their use on pulsed neutron sources with a frequency of above 10 Hz. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the accumulator. This goal is achieved in that it is provided with a ferromagnetic film that overlaps the neck of the vessel in the space between the converter and the rest of the vessel, and the control unit contains a device for changing the direction of the current in the solenoid. The proposal is based on the physical phenomenon of the reflection of UCN from the surface of a magnetized ferromagnet, in which neutrons with a spin on the direction of magnetization have a scattering amplitude aa b, and a versus magnetization, where a is a coherent stern scattering amplitude,
