Description

(54) METHOD OF INSTALLATION OF END CABLE WITH SCREENED WIRES

1). 7).bel (see fig. 1). The first nitrile technological band 2 is placed near the bent braids 10–15 mm wide. The first bandage serves as a thermal insulating gasket. The shielded braids are folded over with tension in the direction of cutting, a second technological band 3 is applied to tighten the braids, and they are removed (see Fig. 2.3). Glued fabric 4, fiberglass or cable paper 5 (3–4 turns with a width of 10 mm) are applied to the space thus formed and fixed with wire straps 6 (FIG. 4). The shielded braids are folded over to the side of the cable and the third thread band 7 is applied to tighten them, after which it is removed (Fig. 5). A wire band 8, 4-5 mm wide, is placed on the formed place, under which ground wire 9 is placed, and poured with solder, bend the screened braids in the direction of cutting, cut them at the level of the wire band and solder the cut braids along the end of the wire band (FIG. 6). Wires 10 are formed with the help of washers, cut them to the required length, remove the insulation using the method of electric firing over a length of 4-6 mm, servicing the insulated and twisted cores of the wires and sealing them in the shanks of the contacts of connector 11 (Fig. 7).

После распайки собирают разъем и, если необходимо, производ т подмотку изол ционного материала под место положени  крепежных скоб до требуемого диаметра .After soldering, a connector is assembled and, if necessary, the insulating material is pulled under the position of the mounting brackets to the required diameter.
