Abstract
The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to tape wires. The purpose of the invention is to expand the technological possibilities of installation by increasing the maximum length of free-running branches of individual wires. Ribbon wire of width C contains insulated conductors fastened together in sections of width D located at a distance B from each other along the length of the wire. The width D is smaller, and doubled, the 2D is larger than the width of the wire C, and the adjacent sections are located at the opposite edges of the wire. The optimal value D corresponds to the formulas D = D (N / 2 + 1) - for an even number of individual wires, D = D (N + 1/2) - for an odd number of individual wires, where D is the jumper width
D - diameter of a separate conductor
1 з.п. N is the total number of individual conductors in the flat wire. Such a ribbon wire construction provides additional convenience during installation. 1 hp f-ly, 1 ill.
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to tape wires.
Цель изобретени - расширение технологических возможностей монтажа путем увеличени максимальной длины свободно выполн емых ответвлений отдельных проводов ,The purpose of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the installation by increasing the maximum length of free-running branches of individual wires,
The drawing shows an example of a specific embodiment of a ribbon wire.
The fastening jumpers of the ribbon wire are not made across the entire width of the wire, but over part of it (as shown in the drawing). In this case, the optimum width d of the web is made on the basis of:
d D(5-f1) - при четном количестве изолированных проводников;d D (5-f1) - with an even number of insulated conductors;
d d
,п + 1, n + 1
D (-77-) - with an odd number
изолированных проводников; где D - диаметр отдельного изолированного проводника;insulated conductors; where D is the diameter of a separate insulated conductor;
п - количество изолированных проводниковp - the number of insulated conductors
Ленточный провод шириной С состоит из двадцати изолированных проводников 1 типа НВ-0,20-500 (ГОСТ 17515-72). Диаметр (D) каждого отдельного провода равен 1,2 мм, шаг (В) перемычки 2-100 мм, размер (а) перемычки по длине, изготовленной методом гор чей сварки, - 20 мм, ширина перемычки равна;Ribbon wire with a width of C consists of twenty insulated conductors 1 type HB-0.20-500 (GOST 17515-72). The diameter (D) of each individual wire is 1.2 mm, the pitch (B) of the jumper is 2-100 mm, the size (a) of the jumper in length by the method of hot welding is 20 mm, the width of the jumper is equal;
d D (J+1) f .2 (+1) 13,2мм.d D (J + 1) f .2 (+1) 13.2mm.

ОABOUT
Performing periodic jumpers on a part of the wire width in the ribbon wire, with the same geometric stability of the wire, approximately doubles the length of the branching free (not glued or not welded) conductors, which creates additional convenience when installing these wires in various equipment.
