Description

This invention relates to methods for determining the state of wet insulation and may find application in the power industry.
1.Methods are known for assessing the state of external insulation, which allow the state of high-voltage external insulation to be assessed by measuring the current-free pauses between bursts of pulses of surface discharges during a certain period of time 1.
However, these methods allow to determine the level of isolation in the given conditions of humidification and contamination according to the conditions of overlap. When using polymeric materials as external insulation, the main factor in choosing one or another design is not the overlap voltage, but the resistance of the material to surface discharges.
A known method of assessing the state of wet insulation, which consists either in the visual determination of the appearance of the dried areas by the color change of silica gel on the surface of the model sample, or by the graph of the dependence of the leakage current on the applied voltage. However, with this method, it is necessary to create model samples, which does not allow to determine the state of the insulation in real structures (conditions), as well as the need for graphical construction when determining the dependence of the leakage current on the voltage that
2.significantly elongates the process of determining the occurrence of pouches 2.
3 - осциллограмма тока утечки при наличии подсушенных участков .The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of fixing the moment of occurrence of the impregnated isolation areas - in the method of assessing the state of wet isolation by applying an alternating test voltage to it and then measuring the surface leakage current, detecting the simultaneous occurrence of the amplitude of the alternating test voltage and pulse signals from surface discharges. FIG. 1 shows the connection scheme of the test object; in fig. 2 - oscillogram of leakage current without the presence of dried sections; in fig. 3 - oscillogram of leakage current in the presence of dried sections.
3,Determination of the voltage of the occurrence of imperfect areas on the insulation is carried out as follows. Sensor 2, the voltage taken from the sensor through filter 3, is connected to the test object 1 to the ground circuit
4.supplied to oscilloscope 4.
With full wetting of the surface of the test object, i.e., in the absence of saturated areas, the oscillogram with alternating voltage has the form of a sinusoid
2).(Fig. 2).
3).With an increase in voltage at the moment of formation of the dried section, the amplitudes of the sinusoid become unstable and pulsed signals from surface discharges appear. This voltage is recorded as the voltage of the formation of the dried areas. When an annular dried area is formed on the surface of the test object, the sinusoid passes into a clear straight line (Fig. 3).
Использование этого способа позвол ет сократить врем испытани за счет освобождени работника от графических построений, создает предпосылки дл выбора оптимальной конфигурации полимерных изол торов, дает возможность перейти к прогнозированию срока службы полимерной изол ции наружного исполнени .The use of this method makes it possible to shorten the testing time by freeing the worker from graphic constructions, creates prerequisites for choosing the optimal configuration of polymer insulators, and makes it possible to proceed to predicting the service life of polymer insulation of an outdoor version.
