нерастворимых продуктов на поверхности катода и скоплени  нх в электролизере в количествах , привод щих к нарушению процесса.insoluble products on the cathode surface and accumulations in the electrolyzer in quantities that lead to process disruption.

The proposed method of obtaining a solution of active chlorine by seawater electrolysis was tested in bench conditions (on Black Sea water) and in natural conditions of ships (on ocean water) on a model of industrial installation. The duration of the bench tests was 6000 hours, the duration of full-scale tests exceeded 3000 hours.

As a result of the tests it was found:

вынос частиц нерастворимых продуктов электролиза обеспечиваетс  при скорости потока электролита в межэлектродном пространстве не менее 1,5 м/сек;removal of particles of insoluble electrolysis products is provided at an electrolyte flow rate in the interelectrode space of at least 1.5 m / s;

рыхла  структура и отсутствие наращивани  сло  осадка на катоде обеспечиваетс  при катодной плотности тока ке менее iOOO loose structure and the lack of build-up of a layer of sediment on the cathode is provided at a cathode current density ke less than iOOO

At the indicated electrolysis parameters, sediment does not accumulate in the interelectrode space, and a thin layer of scaly sediment is observed on the cathode surface.

The limitations on the upper limits of the parameters considered are due to:

по скорости потока электролита - гидравлическим сопротивлением установки;the flow rate of the electrolyte - hydraulic resistance of the installation;

по плотности тока на катоде - коррозионной стойкостью существуюших электродных гйатериалов ири катодной пол ризации.according to the current density at the cathode - corrosion resistance of existing electrode electrodes and cathodic polarization.

The proposed method for obtaining a solution of active chlorine by the electrolysis of seawater provides the possibility of carrying out a long-term stable process and, consequently, the reliability of the graft from fouling of structures operating in seawater.
