Поршень компрессора 1 выполнен в виде золотника и имеет газораспределительные каналы 10. В стенке цилиндра 11 компрессора 1 и в картере 5 выполнены отверсти  12 и 13, сообщающие рабочие полости компрессора 1, регенератора 3 и полость картера 5 с атмосферой. Полость 14 компрессора 1 соединена с регенератором 3 трубопроводом 15.
