Description
Поли - р - гидроперфторэтоксифениленизофталамид может быть использован в качестве пленкообразующего полимера, сочетающего высокую термостойкость, морозостойкость, гидролитическую устойчивость, негорючесть, растворимость в доступных растворител х, что позвол ет легко перерабатывать полимер в пленки, трубки и другие издели .The invention relates to the field of the synthesis of fluorine-containing polyamides. The fluorine-containing polyamide of the formula OCH.JCFOnH is known. However, this polymer has a low melting point of 220-290 ° C and a relatively low heat resistance. When heated to 200 ° C, they begin to break down with the release of hydrogen fluoride, which destroys the substrate on which the polymer is applied. The substance of poly-p-hydroperfluoroethoxyphenylene isophthalamide is proposed, where p 113-226. The polymer is linear, molecular weight 40,000-80,000. Poly-p-hydroperfluoroethoxyphenyleneisophthalamide can be used as a film-forming polymer combining high temperature resistance, frost resistance, hydrolytic stability, incombustibility, and solubility in available solvents, which makes it easy to convert the polymer into films , tubes and other products.
