Недостатком установки  вл етс  го, что1 при самопроизвольной гранул ции обрказуетсй мелка  пылевидна  фракци  и достаточно . крупные гранулы. Пылевийна  фракци , окопо 10%, выноситс  из печи, . а крупные фрак ции будут недостаточно обожжены. В св зи с тем, что разные по крупности гранулы обжигаютс  неравномерно, уменьшитс  выход активной окиси кальци , а также про- изводительность установки. Целью изобретени   вл етс  {интенсифИ;каци  процесса обработки и повышение производительности установки, Достигаетс  это тем, что между печью кип щего сло  и барабанной сушилкой-дезинтегратором установлен шнек гранул тор. Сущность изобретени  по сн етс  чергежом . Установка состоит из вакуум-фильтра 1, шнекового питател  2, барабанной сушилки-дезинтегратора 3, шнека-гранул тора 4, печи дл  обжига шлама 5, скребкового транспортера 6 и скруббера 7. Шлам из отдела каустизации с влажностью до 8О% поступает на вакуум-фильтр. После вакуум-фильтра шлам пластами с влажностью около 50-60% шнековым питателем 2 подаетс  в сушилку-дезинтегратор 3 с вращающимс  барабаном.
