Description

Изобретение относитс  к светотехнике и, в частности,к осветительным приборам дл  взрывоопасных помещений. Известен взрывозащищенный светильник, содержащий источник света, отражатель, корпус, расположенное в нем воздухораспределительное устройство и контактор электроцепи . Недостатком этого светильника  вл етс  конструктивна  и эксплуатационна  слож Htx;Tb. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повыщение светотехническггх и эксплуатационных характеристик с одновременным упрощением конструкции. Это достигаетс  тем, что воздухораспределите/шное устройство содержит клапан расположенный между корпусом и отражателем , и шток с наклонно установленной на нем лопастью, при этом клапан и контакто электроцепи смонтированы на соответствую щих концах штока. На чертеже изображен предлагаемый светильник, разрез. Он состоит из герметичной полости, ограниченной отражателем 1 и защитным стеклом 2, где расположен источник света 3 и патрон 4, К верхней части отражател  примыкает корпус 5 с фланцами 6. На корпусе 5 расположена герметична  коробка 7 с муфтами 8 дл  ввода сетевых проводов , внутри которой paз ieщaютc  сборка зажимов дл  подключени  светильника к сети , контактор 9 дл  включени  (отключени ) источника света 3 от сети и пружина с регулировочным винтом 1О дл  зстановки предельного расхода воздуха. Коробка 7 соединена с патроном 4 трубкой 11, в которой проход т питающие провода. На щтоке 12, жестко св зывающем контактор 9 в коробке 7 с клапаном 13, перекрывающим отверстие (горловину) в полость расположени  источника света 3, под заданным углом, обеспечивающим подъемную силу , укреплена лопатка 14, Клапан 13 в нижней части имеет перекрывающую заслонку 15, котора  служит дл  направлени  воадущного потока в отверстие в полость расположени  источника света 3. The drawing shows the proposed lamp section. It consists of a sealed cavity bounded by reflector 1 and protective glass 2, where light source 3 and cartridge 4 are located. Housing 5 with flanges 6 adjoins the upper part of the reflector. On housing 5 there is an airtight box 7 with couplings 8 for input of network wires, inside which is, i.e., an assembly of clamps for connecting the luminaire to the network, a contactor 9 for switching on (disconnecting) the light source 3 from the network and a spring with an adjusting screw 1O for stopping the limiting air flow. The box 7 is connected to the chuck 4 by a tube 11 in which the supply wires are passed.
