J Г J some zones will not roll at all (zones 1), some once (zones 2), some (zones 3) will be harvested twice. The method was carried out using the example of the simplification of spot welded joints of titanium alloy OT-4 with a thickness of 1 mm. In the manual rolling process, the rollers are reversed and the angle between the weld axis and the rollers axis is changed, this allows the entire required area to be rolled evenly. The test results showed that rolling rolled increases the number of pickles to destruction at a cutting load by about 2.5 times, improves the mechanical properties of the proposed method by 7.6 times. When loading with tearing forces, ordinary rolling increases the number of pickles to 1.4 times destroyed, the proposed method 5 times. This shows that the effectiveness of the proposed method is approximately three times greater than the efficiency of the known. Claims of the invention A method for eliminating welding deformations and stresses by rolling a weld roller along its axis, characterized in that, in order to improve the fatigue strength of the welded joint, the roller is transversely oscillated relative to the axis of the rolled weld.
