Description
холодильником, водоотделителем типа Дина-Старка, термометром, и капельной воронкой поместили нафтеновую кислоту в количестве 25,05 г (0,1 г/моль).This invention relates to chemical agents for regulating plant growth. Chemicals from the class of naphthenic acids and their derivatives are known, which have a growth-inhibiting activity. For example, the sodium salts of synthetic and individual naphthenic acids of the cyclopent new series possess the properties of plant growth stimulant. However, known substances are difficult to access and not effective enough. The chain of the invention is to obtain a new plant growth regulator from among the derivatives of naphthenic acids. This chain is achieved by synthesizing naphthenic acid 2-hydroxyethylamide of the general formula R-CNHCHjCH OH 11 where R is a cyclic fragment of naphthenic acid with a molecular weight of 250.5, obtained by oxidizing cycloparaffinic hydrocarbons of Balakhani oil. The method of obtaining this substance is based on the reaction of naphthenic acid with monoethanolamine. A fraction is used as naphthenic acid (so kip. 1201700С / 2 mm Hg. 1.4480, dj ° 0.944О, acid number 222, molecular weight 250 , 5), obtained by fractionation of oxidation rentals of cycloparaffinic hydrocarbons of Bilakhan oil. Such an initial semi-product is much more economical than individual naphthenic acids, the isolation or synthesis of which is difficult and expensive. Naphthenic acids are a complex mixture of acids of various structures. The group analysis of the fraction used in this case shows that the synthetic polyethylene naphthenic acids weight 250.5 corresponds to the fragment Rs -12, of which CjL2 - 13 correspond to the monocyclic compound (54%), and Ci4 15 to the icyclic compounds (33.6% ). Example In a round bottom flask equipped with a mechanical stirrer, the reverse. a refrigerator, a Dean-Stark-type water separator, a thermometer, and a dropping funnel placed naphthenic acid in an amount of 25.05 g (0.1 g / mol).
Freshly distilled monoethanolamine was fed into the flask from the dropping funnel in the amount of 7.32 g (o, 12 g / mol). At the same time, the temperature of the reaction mass rises spontaneously to 85 ° C. Then the temperature is raised to 210 ° C. At 167 ° C, water begins to flow out in the water separator. The reaction is completed within 1-1.5 hours with the release of the calculated amount of water.
После этого продукт в количестве 27,5 г без обработки подвергают вакуумной разгонке и выдел ют фракцию в количес1-±1е 18 г (т. кип. 162 - 218° С / 8 мм рт. ст. ;After that, the product in the amount of 27.5 g without processing is subjected to vacuum distillation and the fraction is isolated in an amount of 1-1 ± 18 g (bp 162–218 ° C / 8 mm Hg);

1 и 2.In order to establish the effectiveness of naphthenic acid 2-hydroxyethylamide as a growth substance, its effect (in the form of aqueous solutions of various concentrations) on individual coleoptilts of oat seedlings was studied using the Vent method and in Zading modicars (Table 1) and on the growth of winter roots. wheat varieties Shark (tab.2). After 5 days, the stimulated activity was taken into account, i.e. an increase in the length of the roots (in mm) and their number (in pieces) as a result of the treatment with the proposed stimulant as compared with Kentrol. The results of the laboratory tests-rtdgrtseny in table. 1 and 2.
