Description
При этом между отдельными нитками намотки или, соответственно , лентами бумаги и медным проводом, равно как и между сло ми ниток образуютс воздушные мещки, снижающие теплопроводность изол ции .The current method of insulating wires and copper for electrical apparatus and machines is to insulate the conductor with insulating layers of filaments or paper tapes. In this case, between the individual threads of the winding or, respectively, the ribbons of paper and the copper wire, as well as between the layers of the threads, air cells form, reducing the thermal conductivity of the insulation.
Even with the subsequent impregnation of the wire with insulating varnishes, the air bags remain, since the varnish does not pass through the insulation layers during the impregnation process and does not completely force out the air.
По существующим нормам провода и обмоточна проволока дл мащин и аппаратов, изолированна выщеуказанным способом, из класса изол ции „О после пропитки изол ционными лаками перенос тс в класс „fl с допустимым нагревом 95 и максимально допустимой гор чей точкой- 110°.According to the existing standards, wires and winding wires for machines and devices, insulated using the above method, from insulation class O after impregnation with insulating varnishes are transferred to class fl with a permissible heating of 95 and a maximum permissible hot spot of 110 °.
The proposed method of insulating conductors is that a layer of insulating varnish is applied to the wire before winding the threads. During the winding process, the lacquer fills the gaps between the individual windings of the yarns or paper tapes and displaces air from them. In addition, the lacquer sticks together the threads with the copper and between itself, impregnating the cotton insulation from all sides.
As an insulating varnish, sulfur can be applied to insulating enamel, which, compared to other insulating varnishes, has better thermal conductivity, better heat resistance, higher electrical properties and good adhesiveness with long-lasting flexibility of the film.
125--130°.Based on the above, a wire or a winding copper for apparatuses and machines insulated by the proposed method can withstand long-term exploitation without disturbing the quality of the insulation by a temperature of 125-130 °.
The subject matter of the invention.
A method for insulating conductors having cotton insulation impregnated with insulating varnish.
отличающийс тем, что сначала наснос т на проводники слой лака, а затем обматывают проводник хлопчатобумажной ниткой или лентой, с цельюcharacterized in that a lacquer layer is first deposited on the conductors, and then the conductor is wrapped with cotton thread or tape, in order to
заполнени промежутков между витками изол ции и между изол цией и проводом лаком путем вдавливани изол ции в лак при намотке.filling the gaps between the insulation coils and between the insulation and the varnish wire by pressing the insulation into the varnish during winding.
