Description

Изобретение относитс  к технологическому оборудованию дл  производства радиоэлектронной аппаратуры. Известны устройства дл  контрол  повреждений жилы провода при зачистке изо л ции, содержащие металлические ножи дл  подрезки и сн ти  изол ции, электрически соединенные с индикатором. Однако эти устройства позвол ют контролировать повреждени  жилы провода только в месте подрезки изол ции. Цель изобретени  - повышение произво дительности путем обеспечени  контрол  повреждени  жилы по всей длине зачищаемого участка провода - достигаетс  тем, что каждый нож предлагаемого устройства вьтолнен в виде двух механически соединенных между собой деталей, разделенных слоем диэлектрика. На фиг. 1 представлена электрическа  схема устройства на фиг. 2 - разрез ножа . Устройствовключает нож 1, состо щий из двух металлических деталей 2, механически соединенных между собой и разде ленных слоем диэлектрика 3, включенных в цепь индикатора 4, например, в виде лампочки, фиксирующей момент обнаруже нн  повреждени  жилы. В электрическую цепь индикатора могут быть включены и другие блоки, сигнализирующие о повреждении жилы, например реле дл  отклю чени  привода установки или звуковой сигнал. Описываемое устройство работает следующим образом. При сн тии изол ции Е конца провода 5 ножи 1, состо щие из двух металлических частей 2 и изолирующего сло , 3, сход т с  на изол ции провода при помощи известных механизмов (например, педали и цанги) и подрезают ее. ТИзол ци  снимаетс  при вытаскивании провода из ножей . В случае касани  одного из ножей жилы провода электрическа  цепь индикатора автоматического контрол  замыкает- с  через участок жилы между двум  металлическими част ми ножа 2, и индикатор сигнализирует о повреждении жилы.The invention relates to process equipment for the manufacture of electronic equipment. The described device operates as follows. When removing the E insulation of the end of the wire 5, the knives 1, consisting of two metal parts 2 and an insulating layer, 3, come down on the insulation of the wire using known mechanisms (for example, a pedal and a collet) and trim it. The insulin is removed when the wire is pulled out of the knives.
