Abstract
Description
После этого ввинчиваетс оптический цилиндр 5 и операци заканчиваетс .This invention relates to the field of ophthalmology. A cornea prosthesis is known, which includes a disc-shaped support part with holes, an optical cylinder, and a hatch. However, the large thickness and area of the support part, as well as the need for perforation of the anterior or posterior layers of the cornea during the insertion of the prosthesis in the first stage of the operation, in a number of cases, C cause it to be rejected. The result is a large invasiveness, a significant separation of the corneal layers by the anvil, and the leakage of eye fluid through the hole in the cornea after the first stage. The purpose of the invention is to prevent the prosthesis from being rejected. This is achieved in that the support on the part is made in the form of a ring with frames, and the thickness of the sleeve and the B1 sweet does not exceed the thickness of the cornea. . 4g. In FIG. 1 shows the proposed prosthesis assembled; in fig. 2 position of the prosthesis after the first stage of the operation; in fig. 3 - position of the prosthesis after the second stage of the operation. The cornea prosthesis contains a support part made in the form of a ring 1 with diametrically located frames 2 and 3, a sleeve 4 with an internal thread on which the support part is rigidly fixed, an optical cylinder 5 and an insert 6. When performing an operation on a heavy corneal abalone 7 after its separation, the support part with the temporary insert 6 screwed into the sleeve 4 is inserted between the layers. After applying the joint, the first stage of the operation ends. After 4 months, the anterior layers of the cornea 7 are perforated, located above the insert 6. The temporary insert is removed and the posterior layers of the cornea 9 are perforated. Thereafter, the optical cylinder 5 is screwed in and the operation is completed.
