[Description of the Prior Art] Conventionally, the material for intraocular lenses has generally been synthetic fibers or synthetic resins, such as polymethyl methacrylate, polypropylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, and polyamide, which are compatible with the living body and have elasticity, for the support portion. The optical part uses highly transparent synthetic resins such as polymethyl methacrylate and polyhydroxyethyl methacrylate, and it is assumed that the intraocular lens will never be removed after it is implanted into the eye. There was a fixed idea that there was no opportunity to separate from the club.

In addition, after implantation of an intraocular lens with surgery that leaves the crystalline lens in place,
The posterior part may become a white film called a secondary cataract, and one way to treat this is to use laser irradiation to destroy this posterior part by 2 to 3 millimeters around the visual axis and make a hole. Surgery began.

To treat the above-mentioned problems, the intraocular lens can be replaced by surgery, but if the intraocular lens has been implanted for many years, it is not recommended to remove the intraocular lens from within the eye. It is often an extremely difficult surgery.

This is because the part of the support part that is in contact with the living tissue becomes adhered to the living tissue, and it is extremely difficult to cut it open, separate the support part from the living tissue, and remove it.

[Means for Solving the Problem 1] Therefore, in the assembled human intraocular lens of the present invention, the support part having the part that contacts the living tissue of the intraocular lens already implanted in the eye remains in the eye, and the optical part is removed. , is what you are trying to replace.

[Example 1] As an example of the present invention, FIG. 1 shows a support section, and FIG. 2 shows an optical section. In other words, the optical part shown in Figure 2 is assembled on the support part shown in Figure 1 to form one intraocular lens.
This makes it possible to separate and assemble the optical part from the support part.

A in FIG. 1 is a support part that is integrated with the annular lens stand B. A protruding portion C is provided on the outer periphery of the annular lens stand B of this supporting portion, and is used for holding the optical part joint. FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line 1--2 for fixing the optical part in FIG. 2, and shows that the optical part N is provided with two protrusions for fixing the optical part.

[Effects of the Invention] Hereinafter, when the assembled human intraocular lens of the present invention, in which the optical part and the support part can be separated and assembled, is implanted into the eye as explained above, when the function of the optical part deteriorates, The optical part can be extracted and replaced, and if the patient has astigmatism before the optical part replacement surgery, a lens for correcting astigmatism can be assembled.

In other words, by implanting the assembled human intraocular lens of the present invention into the eye, the lens part can be replaced within the eye while leaving the anterior chamber declination, posterior chamber inclination, or support part in the lens capsule. The risk burden is reduced, the operation becomes easier, and the operation time can be shortened.
