Устройство содержит нож 1, закрепленный на поворотном рычаге 2, выполненном в виде П-образного основани , жестко скрепленного с поводками 3. Подвод ножа 1 к обв зочной ленте 4, охватывающей рулон 5, осуществл етс приводом 6, содержащим цилиндр 7 и шток 8. Шток 8 св зан с т гами 9.
