Изобретение относитс к оборудованию дл отжима ЖИДКОЙ фазы от растительных материалов. Известные шнековые прессы дл отжим выполнены в виде шнекового пресса, имеющего вращающийс в перфорированном кор пусе ПОЛЫЙ шнек, устансшленный в конце рабочей камеры дросселирующий клапан и поддон . , . ,J Недостатком таких прессов вл етс то что часть ЖИДКОЙ фазы, обычно это сок растительных продуктов, остаетс в мезге Цель изобретени - увеличить выход годного. Это достигаетс тем, что пресс снабжен установленной на конце шнека насадКОЙ с форсунками и подающей к ним про .мывочную ЖИДКОСТЬ насосной станцией, при этом поддон разделен на две секции, одна ИЗ которых расположена под щнеком, а друга - под насадкой. При этом насосна станци св зана трубопроводом такжес расположенной под шнеком секцией поддона . На чертеже показан предложенный щнековый пресс. Он содержит бункер 1, перфорированную камеру сжати 2, в которой вращаетс ПОЛЫЙ шнек 3. На шнеке 3 имеетс насадка 4 с ЖИДКОСТНЫМИ форсунками 5. На выходе ИЗ зоны окончательного отжима 6 находитс дросселирующий клапан 7, создающий необходимый подпор. В нижней части пресса под камерой 2 расположен поддон 8, разделенный перегородкой 9. При работе пресса продукт, например измельченна люцерна, из приемного бункера 1 попадает в первые витки щнека 3, захватываетс ими, и, перемеща сь по направлению к выходу ИЗ пресса, подвергаетс предварительному отжиму. Продукт, наход щийс в зоне окончательного отжима 6, промьгоаетс жидкой фазой, подаваемой насосом 10 через форсунки 5 ИЗ переднего отсека поддона 8, куда он стекает через перфорацию камеры при предварительном отжиме, ИЛИ другой жидкостью, .поступающей через патрубок 11.The invention relates to equipment for pressing the liquid phase from plant materials. It contains a hopper 1, a perforated compression chamber 2 in which the HOLLOW screw 3 rotates. On the screw 3 there is a nozzle 4 with LIQUID nozzles 5. At the outlet FROM the final spin zone 6 there is a throttling valve 7 creating the necessary backwater. In the lower part of the press, under the chamber 2, there is a pallet 8, divided by a partition 9. When the press is in operation, a product, such as chopped alfalfa, from the receiving hopper 1 enters the first turns of the screw 3, is caught by them, and moves towards pre-spin.
