Description
п. Все они более или менее удовлетвор ют своему назначению, облада по большей части лишь одним недостатком - некоторой т желоватостью (вес свыше 1 кг).Numerous prostheses of the foot for wearing are known. Nose is amputated at the front part of it (cornea, Schonpara, etc.). All of them more or less satisfy their purpose, for the most part have only one drawback - some tons of skin capacity (weight over 1 kg).
Кроме того, благодар простому и вместе с тем легко подвижному соединению голенной гильзы с колодкой дл стопы, а также благодар тому, что лини сочленени указанных частей протеза соответствует по очертанию таковой естественного голеностопного сустава, пользование протезом не соединено ни с какими непри тными ощущени ми дл носител .The proposed stem, which has a low weight (800--900 g), compares favorably with already known, similar prostheses in that it can be used both after the Pirogov operation and after that according to Schonpar, for which it is necessary only to impart a corresponding bend line adjacent to the stump surface, replacing the front foot pads. In addition, due to the simple and at the same time easily movable connection of the calf sleeve to the foot, and also because the joint line of these parts of the prosthesis corresponds in outline to that of the natural ankle joint, the use of the prosthesis is not associated with any unpleasant sensations for carrier.
1In the attached drawing of FIG. one
2- то же сбоку.shows schematically the view of the proposed prosthesis from the front and FIG. 2 - the same side.
The proposed prosthesis consists of two parts hinged between themselves: parts of the gib, half-shaped 7, fitting the front semicircle of the lower leg of the carrier, and a stand that represents the corresponding outline 1, the back surface of which is adjacent to the operating stump, is hollowed out respectively - superficial outline of the latter.
The shin sleeve 7 and the support block 1 are connected to each other by means of two V-shaped brackets 4 and 6 connected by a loop-like joint 5. The brackets are riveted tightly to the corresponding parts of the prosthesis.
1.To eliminate undesirable lateral displacements of the prosthetic and resistant parts of the prosthesis relative to each other (whirlwinds) to the lower part of the fossa 7, metal arcuate brackets 8 with slots are tightly riveted from the sides to move the brackets through the pin 2 set in the slots, fastened on the sides by the stand pads 1.
As mentioned above, the line of contact between the prosthetic and the lower limbs corresponds in shape to that of the natural ankle-resistant joint.
