This invention relates to a dyeing process for fibrous materials by flooding.
A known method of dyeing fibrous materials from synthetic fibers by sublimation, is that a paint containing water and a dispersed dye, which passes into a vapor state and heated, is applied to the temporary substrate, bringing the substrate into contact with the material to be painted, It is heated to a temperature of 160-220 ° C for a period of time necessary for the dye to transit to the vapor state and penetrate it into the surrounding material.
In order to get clear; multi-color drawings are proposed to apply anhydrous paint on the substrate.
КрОМе дисперсных красителей, дл крашени примен ют также смесь его с красител ми, содержащими группы, реагирующие с волокном .Fiber material from cellulose-based cellulose, synthetic polyamide, and polyester fibers or a mixture of wool or flax fiber is subjected to gristling. In this case, the heating time required for transition of the dye to the vapor state and penetration into the material being painted, as a rule, is 0.5-2 minutes. CrOMe of disperse dyes, for dyeing it is also used to mix it with dyes containing groups that react with the fiber.
Disperse or plastic soluble dyes, usually used for the baptism of acetate silk or a field of gester fiber, are used as dyes. In most cases, these dyes belong to the classes of nitroaryl amines, azo compounds (especially monoazo compounds, and anthraquinop dyes).
The dye selects the desired shade, which does not decompose when transferred from the substitute material to synthetic material. If the rice consists of several colors, then the dyes are selected as far as possible with a close sublimation temperature. For the preparation of paints, use organic solvents, practically no water, or mixtures of solvents. These include both halogenated and non-halogenated aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, such as toluene, cyclohexane, low molecular weight alcohols, aliphatic acid esters such as ethyl acetate, ketones, etc. compounds that do not melt at the transfer temperature of the pattern, e.g. cellulose ethers of acetyl or propyl cellulose, and which, upon drying, form an icy film. They are printed on a temporary substrate on machines commonly used for these purposes. Dye such synthetic materials) 1, such as polyamils, polyethers, polyacrylopitrile, etc., in the form of cloths, collar, yarn, knitwear, fabric, etc. Example 1. G1a thin aluminum sheet or paper piece applied drawing with a dye of paint based on 6 wt. h. each dye - siego, yellow and red Wi N-L, I / LSO-. NOH-V / СН СНпОН i 1 YS х / .. With these paints and a few knurling rims of these rollers, geliochina applied multi-color pictures on a paper tape or thin aluminum sheet, and then dried them. Example 2. A temporary paper substrate is prepared as in Example 1, but 5 weight is used to obtain blue ink. including an equal mixture of ethyl cellulose and 1,4-dimethyl ketone contained in 90 wt. including a 1: 1 mixture of methyl ethyl keto: on and ethyl alcohol (the viscosity of the dye is set by adding ethyl cellulose). To obtain a yellow paint take 5 wt. including an equal mixture of ethyl cellulose and dyes of the formula Tg he I HCHCH The dye is prepared in the same way as in Example 1, but the dye is 1-ox-3-phenoxy-4-1-miiolntrakhi1. The ink has been printed on paper with a multicolor pattern, which is then transferred onto the fabric: a piece of cloth. Example 3. 2 wt. h, the yellow dye of the formula C1-SN.g-C--} H) acTnpaioT with 4 weight. h mark; ethyl ketone in a thick paste and add it to the homogeneous paste consisting of 82 wt. including methyl ethyl ketone and 8 wt. including ethyl cellulose type N (Hercules Powder Co., USA) and diluted with another 4 wt. including methyl ethyl ketone. The finished paste thus obtained is applied by hand or with the aid of some suitable application for coating the temporary carrier and is dried by air. Calendered opaque cellulose (40 g / m) or aluminum foil is used as a temporary carrier. With short-term heating in the absence of moisture, this dye can be transferred from the temporary carrier to the textile substrate. The dye sublimates at 220 ° for 15 s: as a result of which covalent is formed, the bond between the dye and nylon is 6.6 fibers. The degree of consolidation of the packing by transfer is determined by extraction for 1 hour at the boiling point with a mixture of dimethylformamide and water in a 1: 1 ratio. The same carrier foil is also suitable for printing on the wool. Covalent bonding in this case occurs within 30 j at 200 ° C. In a similar manner, it was carried out at 200 ° С along the yellow gasket on the nodirether fabric (full-PET terephthalate), cellulose, 2,5-acetate and triacetate tissue and and on polyacrylonitrile (orlon 42). Example 4. When dyeing pl ichati floor: ia.mpdnyh materials or wool using a dye of the formula BICH2-cn-c-yn-3 r to get the color, the same shade, intensity and prochity. The same seal is obtained on fabrics of nolyester and acacrylonitrile. The subject matter of the invention I. A method of dyeing fibrous materials made of synthetic fibers, consisting in that the substrate is applied to a paint containing a dispersed dye, which is not alternating to the normal state of application, causes the substrate in contact with the material to be colored. The ivapia is heated to 160-220 ° C for the time required for the dye to go into a vapor-like state and penetrate it into the material being painted, characterized in that, in order to obtain clear patterns, a substrate is applied to the substrate nyu paint.
