Description

Lnabazine At present, it is usually obtained by water extraction from dry branches of Anabasis-Anabasis aphilla, previously steamed with live steam. The aqueous digestion is made alkaline, anabazine is extracted from it with kerosene, and finally the kerosene solution is treated with 33% sulfuric acid in order to obtain anabazine sulfate. This method of work has a number of drawbacks. In fact, steaming with acute steam leads to softening of the plant mass, increasing the moisture capacity of the raw material and passing into the solution of a large amount of colloidal by-products that impede further processing of the juice.

The same can be said about the use of PURE WATER as an extracting agent. Thus, in nicotine production, similar water extracts, Due to the large amount of side substances, one has to undergo a bowel movement with lime (and part of the alkaloid is lost with feces).

The weakest point of the anabazine method is the extraction of anabazine with kerosene. Kerosene is an unsuccessful solvent because the ratio of the anabasine base between water and kerosene (1: 1 ratio) is 0.33 (for 10 parts of anabazine remaining In water, only 3.3 hours t in kerosene) and even with repeated repetition of the process, the completeness of extraction (from water) cannot reach any satisfactory value. In the case being analyzed, the process is extremely complicated by the formation of stable emulsions of kerosene due to the presence of impurities that reduce the surface tension of the juice and increase its VISCOSITY.

This factor is so significant that about 25% of the kerosene is lost from the worked juice. The process of extracting kerosene from such contaminated diffusion juice is the main source of loss of anabazine, which discharges into the river and intoxicates with DRAINED water.

Экстрагирование алкалоида может начатьс  только после полного развити  процесса набухани  сырь .Extraction of the alkaloid can begin only after full development of the process of swelling of the raw material.

Вместе с тем, как указано выше, желательно уменьшить предельную влагоемкость растени .Removing the dry material gives a characteristic slowdown in the initial part of the curve. However, as indicated above, it is desirable to reduce the marginal moisture capacity of the plant.

Thus, the maximum swelling should be as small as possible and obtained in the shortest possible time.

The authors of the present invention, having studied the process of swelling, found that
