Description

The invention is intended for use in separators in the dairy, yeast and other industries.
д.Drives for centrifugal separators are known, including a gear mounted on an electric motor shaft and a screw wheel mounted on the shaft of a separator drum consisting of a hub and a gear ring. However, the known drives are characterized by the excitation of torsional vibrations, which, due to the presence of mass parts (half-coupling sleeves, screw wheels, etc.) and rigid fixed mounting of the screw wheels, create uncompensated dynamic loads, significantly reducing the performance of the screw pair, as well as the possibility of stable precessional vibrations of the vertical shaft and the rotor due to insufficiently precise gearing or wear of the teeth during the operation of the separator. The cause of the oscillations is the step error in the gear-wheels, the beating of the initial circles, the beating of the axis of the horizontal shaft, etc.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the dynamic loads in the drive and increase its service life. This is achieved by the fact that the bearing and the gear vened are interconnected movably, while on the inner surface of the gear and the outer surface of the hub there are protrusions, between which elastic elements are located in the gaps, for example springs, and on the face of the wheel ) for damping torsional and precessional vibrations.
1.FIG. 1 shows the described drive, vertical section; in fig. 2 is a section along A-A in FIG. one.
Система горизонтального вала состоит из электродвигател 14, муфты предельного момента 15, горизонтального вала 16, разъемного винтового колеса 17, состо щего из подвижно соединенных ступицы 18 и зубчатого венца 19, между которыми расположены упругий элемент 20 (на чертеже- винтова пружина сжати ) и фрикционный диск 21 с болтами 22, создающими необходимую степень нажати .The drive comprises a frame 1 on which a system of vertical and horizontal shafts is mounted. The vertical shaft system consists of a spindle 2 mounted in bearings 3, 4 and 5 of the casing 6, resiliently suspended on the base 1 by means of elastic links 7 and 8, the body of the throat support 9, the cam 10 and gear 11 rotating in the bearings 12 and 13. The horizontal shaft system consists of an electric motor 14, a torque limiting clutch 15, a horizontal shaft 16, a detachable helical wheel 17 consisting of movably connected hubs 18 and a gear ring 19, between which there is an elastic element 20 (compression spring screw in the drawing) and a friccia ny drive 21 with bolts 22, to create the necessary degree of pressing.
23.The torque from the electric motor 14 through the clutch of the torque limit 15 and the horizontal shaft 16 is transmitted to the strut 18 of the detachable screw wheel 17. The hub 18 presses on the elastic element 20, which with its opposite end rests on the gear ring 19, transmitting the torque to gear 1, 1 and further by means of the cam 10 - on the spindle 2 and the drum 23. If any oscillations occur in the drive due to the detachable helical wheel 17, the station 18 of which HiMeeT is axially displaced relative to the gear ring 19, and has a damping effect The disk 21 oscillates the horizontal and vertical systems to become independent of each other. This eliminates the dynamic loads in the gearing and prevents the occurrence of precessional oscillations of the spindle 2 and the drum 23.
