Description

Изобретение предназначено дл выгрузки бревен и может быть использовано на предпри ти х лесной и деревообрабатывающей промышленности. Известно устройство дл поштучной подачи бревен из воды, включаюш;ее плавучее основание , рабочий орган, трособлочную систему с укрепленным на ее рабочей ветви толкателем и отсекатель. Однако известное устройство не обеспечивает качвственной поштучной подачи бревен. С целью обеспечени цикличности подачи бревен отсекатель выполнен в виде шнековых роликов с поджимным поплавком. На фиг. 1 изображено предлагаемое устройство , обш.ий вид; на фиг. 2 показан разрез по А-А на фиг. 1 (отсекатель); на фиг. 3 - разрез по Б-Б на фиг. 1 (датчик включени ). Устройство смонтировано на плавучем основании в виде трех понтонов 1, 2 и 3, соединенных между собой мостами 4 и 5. Под мостом 5 установлен отсекатель, выполненный в виде двух шнековых роликов 6 с поджимным поплавком . Дл вращени шнековых роликов установлен привод 7 с однооборотной муфтой 8, включаемой в работу датчиком 9. Датчик получает импульс от бревна 10, которое подаетс из воды толкател ми 11 с т говой цепью 12, приводимой в движение приводом 13 с холостой звездочкой 14. На транспортере 15 установлен флажок 16 с датчиком 9. Устройство работает следующим образом. Бревна, поступающие с поперечной щети, поджимаютс к шнековым роликам при помощи поплавка. При вращении шнековых роликов бревно подаетс толкателем 11 в зону работы , где оно забираетс шипами траверсы т говой цепи 12. Шипы траверсы врезаютс в бревно и подают его на продольный транспортер 15. Бревно, двига сь по транспортеру, освобождает флажок 16, который, поворачива сь и нажима на датчик 9, включает привод 7, однооборотную муфту 8 и ролики 6. Under the bridge 5 a cutter is installed, made in the form of two screw rollers 6 with a gland float. For rotation of the auger rollers, an actuator 7 is installed with a single turn clutch 8, activated by sensor 9. The sensor receives a pulse from a log 10, which is supplied from water by push rod 11 with a pull chain 12 driven by actuator 13 with an idle sprocket 14. On the conveyor belt 15, the flag 16 with the sensor 9 is set. The device operates as follows. The logs coming in from the transverse brush are pressed against the auger rollers with a float. When the screw rollers rotate, the log is fed by the pusher 11 into the work zone, where it is picked up by the spikes of the traction chain 12. The spikes of the cross bar cut into the log and fed it to the longitudinal conveyor 15. The log moves along the conveyor and releases the flag 16, which and pressing on the sensor 9, turns on the drive 7, the one-turn clutch 8 and the rollers 6. The screw rollers 6 feed the front log into the pusher zone. The cycle is repeated.
