Description

(т. е. все компоненты хорошо раствор ютс  в любом количестве воды любой температуры).(i.e. all components dissolve well in any amount of water of any temperature).

The material of the tank, as well as the entire electrolyte supply system, can be any material with the exception of copper-containing materials.

Electrolytes can be used on existing electrochemical machines without any modernization. The shelf life in a closed vessel is theoretically unlimited. During operation, the electrolyte is periodically cleaned of sludge (filtration or separation) by known methods. The adjustment of the chemical composition of electrolytes is carried out by known methods of maintaining the required concentration of chemical solutions.

The proposed electrolytes were tested for electrochemical profiling of magnetic cast alloys of the UNDK-35T5-BA type with metal shaped circles on an electrochemical flat grinding machine of the model ZB70V. The accuracy of processing meets the requirements of accuracy class 1-2, performance is not lower than when profiling with known electrolytes, while the profile edges did not have rounding, chipping and burrs, and on the unworked surfaces neither etching nor formation of dark coatings of the passivating film.

Electro-abrasive grinding with galactic abrasive circles

Пленка с обрабатываемой поверхности удал лась, легко при протирке издели  ветошью.the purity of the treatment was within the limits of 11–12 grade, which is 2 classes higher than with electroabrasive grinding with the same circles based on neutral salts (currently used). Chips, cracks and burrs were absent. The film from the treated surface was removed, it was easy to wipe the product with a cloth.

На входе отверсти  растравливани  и скруглени  кромок не наблюдаетс .Electrochemical drilling of holes in various materials on the proposed electrolytes was carried out with an accuracy of 0.1-0.02 mm, tapering up to 0.02 mm. At the entrance of the hole, etching and rounding of the edges are not observed.
