54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ МОРФОЛИНА54) METHOD FOR MAKING MORPHOLINE

В данном изобретении предлагаетс  улучшенный способ получени  морфолина , который широко примен етс  в органическом синтезе. Известен каталитический способ получени  морфолина из диэтиленгликол  и амг-мака в газовой фазе при 200-250 0. Процесс ведут в присутст вии водорода и катализаторов на основе никел , например никель-медно-хромового , при мол рном соотноше ;нии диэтиленгликоль:аммиак:водород ;1:10:5. Процесс провод т при атмосферном давлении или давлении до 30 атм. Выход морфолина по известно способу не превышает 70%, а срок службы катализатора не превышает 60 800 ч. Кроме того примен емые катал зато1жа не обладают достаточным изби рательным действием и не регенирируют кислородом воздуха, вследствие чего при применении указанных катали заторов не удаетс  получить более высокие выходы морфолина. Цель изобретени  - упрощение про цесса и повышение выхода продукта. Дл  этого в качестве катализатора используют никель-медно-хромо-титановый катализатор. Процесс провод т в газовой фазе при давлеНИИ 1-30 атм в присутствии водорода при 200-250С. Выход морфолина по предлагаемому способу достигает 75%. Кроме того, данный катализатор можно легко регенерировать путем прокаливани  в токе воздуха в присутствии вод ного пара или азота, что увеличивает срок службы катализатора более, чем в 3 раза, по сравнению с известным катализатором. Через контактную кварцевую трубку или трубку из нержавеющей стали, в которую загружено 100 мл никель-медно-хромо-титанового катализатора, содержащего, %: N10 44,0; СиО 26,7; TiOj,20,0 и СГ20зО,7, пропускают смесь паров диэтиленгликол , аммиака и водорода в мол рном соотношении 1:10:5 при 230-250 С. Диэтиленгликоль подают с объемной скоростью 0,17 ч в пересчете на жидкий диэтиленгликоль. Продукты реакции конденсируют в холодильнике и собирают в приемь ике. Полученный катализат подвергают фракционной перегонке. В результате разделени  получают 99%-ный морфолин с т.кип. 128-129с.
