Description

Дубильный барабан, как известно, приводитс во вращение от электромотора при посредстве трансмиссионной и шестереночной передач. Обычно барабан выключаетс путем перевода ремн с рабочего шкива на холостой при помощи обыкновенной отводки; при этом загрузочный люк, так же как и сам барабан, становитс в любом положении . Если даже рабочему удаетс уловить необходимое предварение выключени привода барабана, чтобы остановить люк в нужном положении, то вследствие обратного крут щего момента , создаваемого действием веса приподн тых в момент остановки кож барабан сейчас же получает обратное вращение и люк спускаетс вниз. То же вление получаетс и во врем выгрузки при случайном нажатии на борт люка. Между тем во врем эксплоатации рабочему необходимо с-станавливэть и удерживать барабан в определенном положении, при котором загрузочна горловина находилась бы на нужной высоте, удобной дл выгрузки продубленных или окрашенных кож.The tanning drum, as is known, is driven in rotation from an electric motor by means of transmission and gear transmission.
