Изобретение относитс к области цветного телевидени , в частности, к способам изготовлени экранов со светопоглощающим покрытием .The invention relates to the field of color television, in particular, to methods of manufacturing screens with a light absorbing coating.
Известен способ изготовлени экрана со светопоглощающим покрытием, предназначенного дл использовани в цветных кинескопах с фокусирующей маской, состо щий в нанесении на подложку экрана фоторезиста, дублении фоторезиста фотоэкспонированием через маску, диаметры отверстий которой принудительно измен ютс в процессе изготовлени кинескопа, про влении незадубленных участков, нанесении светопоглощающего состава, растворении и удалении с экрана задубленных участков фоторезиста вместе с отложившимс на них светопоглощающим составом , формировании люминофорной мозаики на прозрачных участках светопоглощающего покрыти .A known method of manufacturing a screen with a light-absorbing coating, intended for use in color kinescopes with a focusing mask, consists in applying a photoresist on the screen substrate, tanning the photoresist by photoexposure through a mask, the diameters of the holes of which are forcibly changed during the preparation of the kinescope, the appearance of undescended areas, the application of light absorbing composition, dissolving and removing from the screen the prickly portions of the photoresist along with the light absorbing composition deposited on them the formation of the phosphor mosaic on the transparent areas of the light absorbing coating.
A disadvantage of the known method is the need to use a mask, the diameters of the holes of which are forcibly changed, in order to obtain small diameters of the transparent portions of the light absorbing coating, which significantly complicates the described method.
2The difference of the proposed method lies in the fact that tanning photoresist svetopoglo2
The protective coating is produced by electronic exposure at a mask potential lower than the potential of the screen.
The advantage of this method lies in the fact that it allows to ensure the exact coincidence of electronic traces with the corresponding phosphor elements, and further reduce the requirements for stiffness tolerances on the relative position of the phosphor elements and transparent portions. The method is carried out as follows. A photoresist, for example polyvinyl alcohol sensitized with ammonium dichromate 5, is applied onto the screen in one of the known methods, for example by centrifugation. After drying, the screen, assembled with a mask, is placed on the installation of electronic exposure, for example, of the “collapsible tube” type.
Exposing the three rays simultaneously or sequentially with a single pumping leads to tanning of polyvinyl alcohol on those parts of the screen that will later be occupied by phosphor elements, and since the potential of mask 5 is less than the potential of the screen (tanning is done by a focused beam) smaller diameter than the diameter of the holes of the mask. So, with KB, KB diameter of the zadublenny
