При регулировке шага подачи первоначально приблизительно устанавливают ша подачи, а затем уточн ют этот шаг при рабочем ходе штампа, что сказьшаетс на точности шага подачи. Целью изобретени вл етс улучшение условий регулировки и повышение точности шага подачи. Это достигаетс тем, что в предлагаемом устройстве на верхней плите штампа дополнительно установлена обойма, в которой смонтирован упом нутый клин с возможностью регулировки положени в на- правлении, параллельном направлению подачи . На фиг.- 1 изображено предлагаемое устройство, обший вид; на фиг. 2 - сечение по А-А на фиг. 1. Устройство дл привода подающих органов штампа содержит клиновую опору 1, подпружиненную пружиной 2 и установленную на нижней плите 3 штампа, и обойму 4, установленную на верхней плите штампа. В обойме 4 смонтирован клин 5 с возможностью регулировки положени относительно клиновой опоры 1 параллельно направлению подачи. Регулировка клина 5 осуществл етс при помощи винта 6. Устройство работает следующим образом . При ходе верхней плиты штампа вниз поверхность скоса клина 5 взаимодействует со скосом клиновой опоры 1 и отводит ее на некоторое рассто ние. При ходе верхней плиты штампа вверх клин 5 отходит от клиновой опоры 1. Последн под действием пружины 2 возвращаетс в исходное положение.The invention relates to the field of cold metal forming.
