This invention relates to the field of automating the control of exhaustion of ion filters of water treatment plants of thermal power plants and chemical industry enterprises.
A known method of automating the monitoring of the degree of depletion of ion-exchange filters, based on the measurement of the electrical conductivity of the filtrate of the respective filters. However, when implementing the known method, it is impossible to avoid spurious signals about filter exhaustion, since the magnitude of the electrical conductivity of the filtrate at the output of each filter inadequately characterizes the operating state of the monitored filters and largely depends on the quality of the incoming water, i.e. on the state of the pre-switched filters.
In order to eliminate the possibility of bringing exhausted filters to regeneration, the degree of depletion of anionite filters of the first stage is suggested by the product of the conductivity of the filtrate of these filters by the inversion of the conductivity of the pre-switched filters, and the degree of depletion of the second-level H-cation filters of the filtrate of these filters by value of electrical conductivity of subsequent filters.
The drawing shows the implementation of the described method.
На водоподготовительной установке, состо щей из групп Н-катионитовых фильтров 1 первой ступени и 2 второй ступени, аниопитовых фильтров 3 первой ступени и 4 второй ступени , а также декарбонизатора 5, осуществл ют непрерывное измерение электропроводности на выходе одного или нескольких параллельно работающих фильтров каждой группы при помощи измерителей 6-9 электропроводности .At the water treatment plant, consisting of groups of first-stage H and cationite filters 1 and 2 second stages, first stage aniopic filters 3 and 4 second stages, and calciner 5, conductance is continuously measured at the output of one or several parallel operating filters of each group using a measuring instrument 6-9 conductivity.
1.When controlling the depletion of filters 3, the output signal of the conductivity meter 7 of the filtrate of these filters is compared on the logic element 10 of the type "And with the inverted on the logic element 11 of the type" NOT the signal of the filtrate 6 conductivity of the filtrate at the output of the filters 1.
Далее сигнал подаетс на устройство 12 сигнализации и регулировани .The signal of depletion of anionite filters 3 of the first stage occurs when there is a signal to increase the electrical conductivity of the filtrate on the output of the filters 3 and in the absence of a signal of a change in electrical conductivity at the output of filters 1, which eliminates spurious signals of depletion of filters 3 resulting from depletion of filters 1 or deterioration the quality of the source water coming from pretreatment. The signal is then fed to the alarm and control device 12.
Контроль истощени фильтров 2 осуществл етс сравнением на логическом элементе 13 типа «И сигналов величины электропроводности фильтрата фильтров 2 и 4, поступающих с измерителей 8 и 9 электропроводпости .Monitoring the depletion of filters 2 is carried out by comparing on logic element 13 of the type "And signals of the electrical conductivity of the filtrate of filters 2 and 4, coming from the meters 8 and 9 of electrical conductance.
The depletion signal of the H-cationite filters 2 of the second stage is fed to the signaling and control device 14 after the appearance of a signal confirming the increased electrical conductivity of the filtrate at the output of the filters 4, which eliminates spurious signals of depletion of the filters 2 caused by changes in the quality of the source water.
The devices 12 and 14 of the alarm and regulation signal the depletion of these filters, carry out automatic
