Description
22.The invention relates to compositions of refractory concretes used for lining of hearth tunnel kilns at an operating temperature of 900-1300 ° C. Known composition of refractory concrete, comprising a living, chamotte rubble, chamotte sand and additive. Concrete of known composition has a low refractoriness, as it is contained in calcium monoaluminate (CA) in a melting agent at a temperature of 1400 ° C. The low temperature resistance of concrete of known composition is explained by the destruction of the structure due to the difference in temperature deformations of the cement stone and aggregate during sharp fluctuations in temperature. The purpose of the invention is to increase the refractoriness and heat resistance of the concrete mix. This is achieved by the fact that the concrete mixture contains ferro-titanium slag as a binder and as an additive it is finely chamotted in the following ratio of components (wt.%): Ferritic slag. . 20-25. Fireclay rubble3-2-35 Fireclay sand38-42 It is ground chamotte3-5. 5 10 15 20 25 30 Concrete of such a composition is made according to the accepted technology. Ferritanium slag and chamotte, crushed to a specific surface of 3500., as well as coarse aggregate are loaded into the concrete mixer drum, poured / 4 of the amount of water required for kneading, and mixed for 2 minutes. Then, a fine aggregate is loaded into the mixer, the rest of the water is added and the concrete mixture is stirred until it is completely homogeneous for at least 3 minutes. After daily hardening in the molds, the concrete products are steamed. The resulting concrete has the following characteristics: Refractoriness, ° C1670 Residual strength after heating to 800 ° C,% 57 Maximum compressive strength, kg / cm 316 Shrinkage when heated to 1200 ° C,% 1.2 Deformation temperature under load 2 kg / cm , ° С beginning of softening 1200 destruction1450 Heat resistance in water heat exchange when heated to 800 ° С22.
The refractoriness of concrete is in the temperature range of 1700-1720 ° C.
The increased heat resistance of concrete is explained by the fact that with the introduction of chamotte microfiller, the thermal deformations of the cement stone and aggregate approach each other in absolute value.
The use of such concrete allows the products to be operated at higher temperatures; to significantly increase the service life of the lining of trolleys and reduce the cost of concrete products due to the replacement of the high cost of its alumina cement by slag — waste from the production of ferrotitanium.
