Description

This invention relates to medicine.

A known method of optimizing the healing of postoperative wounds is that by comparing the edges of the wound, preventing the retraction and wrapping of the wound surfaces, they coalesce without the formation of coarse scars. However, this method does not provide an accurate comparison of the structural elements of the dissected skin and is accompanied by the formation of pockets and lips, which contributes to the development of a rough scar.

Целью изобретени   вл етс  обеспечение точного сопоставлени  краев раны, обеспечение нормализации тканевого давлени  и предупреждение развити  грубых кожных рубцов .The aim of the invention is to provide accurate comparison of the wound edges, ensure the normalization of tissue pressure and prevent the development of rough skin scars.

The goal is achieved by imprinting an imprint in place of the future incision and stitching up the wound by comparing interrupted imprint lines.

Pa drawing shows the stitching of the wound under the control of the grid.

The method is as follows.

Prior to the operation on the operative field, an imprint in the form of a grid 1 is put. The print is applied with a flexible stamp, the engraving of which is pre-lubricated with a dye. The stamp can be made of rubber or any flexible synthetic materials, and

Dyes can be either oily or nitric, but they must be insoluble in water and alcohol.

е. восстановить правильную форму квадратов ).After skin dissection, the measures provided for by the plan of operation are carried out. At the end of surgical interventions, a suture is applied to the surgical wound of the skin so as to restore the continuity of the lines and the initial state of the grid cells (i.e., restore the correct shape of the squares).

The stamp image is a few (for example, 10-2U) regular figures. It is more convenient to use square engraving.

After processing the operating floor or before it, a stamp imprint is placed on the skin. The line of the future cut should roughly be in the middle of the print. Then, the untreated parts of the body are covered with a sterile sheet and cut through the skin. At the end of surgical interventions on the underlying organs, the edges of the wound are compared so that the interrupted mesh lines strictly coincide with each other. After that impose nodular or any other seam on the skin. When threading through the skin, the matching of the interrupted lines of the mesh is monitored, and when tying the threads, such an effort is used to restore the original state

Restoration of the size and shape of the grid mesh applied to the skin prior to the activation allows normalization of tissue pressure in the skin.
