Description
The invention relates to the field of construction materials used for the thermal insulation and sound insulation of structures. Insulating materials are known: solutions and concretes on a mineral in a perch with filler, expanded by the addition of foam or a blowing agent — aerated concrete, foam concrete, and the like. A significant disadvantage of these insulating materials is their very high hygroscopicity, which leads to a deterioration of the insulating properties. The aim of the invention is to reduce the hygroscopicity and increase the thermal performance of the insulation material. This is achieved by the fact that the insulating mass, including bitumen, emulsifier and water, additionally contains ashominium pudou with the following ratio of components (in weight parts): BitTm 23.1-72.5 Emulsifier 4-6 Ash TPP 9.9-29 , 4 Water 17; 5-35,5 Aluminum powder 0.1-2.0 The proposed mass consists of cold asphalt mastic and intumescent additive, for example aluminum powder, in an amount from 0.1 to 2% by weight of the mastic. The preparation of the proposed material is reduced to the introduction of an intumescent during the preparation of the mastic, or, if the mastic is present, to be mixed in conventional mixers. The offered insulation masa, in contrast to gas and foam concrete, has a significant deformability and, consequently, a better dynamic strength as well as better sound-insulating properties. The results of the tests are shown in the table below.
