(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ НАБОРА СТОПОК ОТПЕЧАТАННОЙ ПОЛИГРАФИЧЕСКОЙ ПРОДУКЦИИ ГАЗЕТНОГО ТИПА С ФАЛЬЦБАРАБАНА РОТАЦИОННОЙ ПЕЧАТНОЙ МАШИНЫ Устройство, содержит стрелку 1 дл  изменени  направлени  движени  газет 2, расположенную непосредственно под фальцбарабаном 3 ротационной печатной машины 4 со стороны выхода газет и соединенную посредством рычага 5 и шарнира б с приводами 7 и 8, управл емыми от программного блока 9 с датчиком 10 и счетчиком 11, Подвижный элемент 12 датчика 1О установлен на промежуточном валу 13, св занном с валом 14 фальцбарабана посредством в чной передачи 15. На промежуточном валу установлены также подвижные элементы 1618 дополнительных датчиков 19-21, ,.9лект рически св занных посредством коммутатора 2 с приводами 7 и 8 стрелки, причем программный блок также подсоединен к коммутатору 22.. Подвижные элементы датчиков,,йыполнены в .виде дисков с активными элементами, например, выступами и впадинами, число которых равно числу набираемых стопок за один оборот вала, . . Устройство работает следующим образом. При наборе стандартных пачек, состо.чщих из одинаковых стопок газет, управление стрелкой производитс  от датчиков 19-2 не св занных с программным блоком 9; при этом подключение одного из указанных датчиков к приводам 7 и 8 дтрелки | посредством коммутатора 22 обусловливаетс  объемом отпечатанных газет, так как дл  получени  устойчивых пачек с увеличением объема газеты необходимо уменьшат их число в стопках; Тек, пример,если за полный оборот промежуточного вала фальцбарабан 3 делает 50 e 6QipiQtoW т - е,. вьщает 10О газет то П1)и иодкдюЧе н .дов 7,8 стрелки К:датчику;19,-.профилированный диск 16 которртх : имеет один выступ и одну впадину, стрелка делит вьжод щий с фальцбарабана поток газет на партии по 5О штук.в каждой. Таким образом, при наборе стандартных пачек в зависимости от объема отпечатанных газет подключают посредством коммутатора 22 к приводам 7,8 стрелки 1 один из датчиков 19-21, обеспечивающих при вращении подвижньос элементов 16-18 в вйдепрофилированных дисков поочередное включение приводов 7 или 8 и, следовательно, деление потока выдаваемых с фальцбарабана 3 газет на одинаковые партии. При наборе нестандартных пачек, состо щих из стопок с произвольным числом газет , управление стрелкой производитс  посредством коммутатора 22 от программного блока 9,. с омощью которого программируетс  число газет в стопках, причем пдгэта программа отрабатываетс  счетчиком 11 /по сигналам, поступаюгцим от датчика j.0.
