12. The sensor is connected to a millivoltmeter 13. On the carriage, grounded shielding plate 14 and a rod spring contact 15 are fixed. 3 All the device elements except the drive-carriage and an electric charge meter are placed in the climate chamber 16, where with the help of a blower 17 and a village-gel helium IS chuck maintains a predetermined microclimate. The rubbing element (see Fig. 2) consists of body 19 with friction material 8 fixed to it and a brake 20, which with the help of a bracket 21 is fixedly mounted on an axis 22 rigidly connected to the bar 6. The connection of body 19 s axis 22-hinge. Using the mounted on the housing 19, the arrows 23 and the scales 24 determine the angle of rotation of the housing relative to the axis. The device works as follows. The carriage 4 with a sample of material 1 is reciprocating. During the rubbing of the rubbing element 5, an electrostatic charge is formed with the sample surface. In the leftmost position of the carriage with the test material, the plate 14 shields the measuring electrode 11 from the electric field of the charged material. In this case, contact 15 completely discharges the measuring electrode 11 to the ground. In the next cycle, a discharged electrode is again charged, proportional only to the charge density of the sample at a given time, and the accumulation of charges in each subsequent cycle is excluded. After a predetermined number of test cycles has passed, the software device 10, using an electromagnet 7, removes the rubbing element 5 from contact with the material. The material sample continues to make a reciprocating motion, whereby the nature of the dissipation of electrostatic charges on the sample is recorded and, in particular, the time of a half-decay of the charge value is determined. During the tests, the pressure force of the brake 20 can be changed and the degree of slip of the body 19 with the friction material 6 can be adjusted relative to the surface of the material sample. The subject of the invention 1. A device for determining the electrification of carpets and fabrics, containing a node that generates a charge due to friction during reciprocating motion, consisting of a moving carriage with a sample of material installed on it and a rubbing element with a friction lining material connected to it a measuring electrode, and an electrical measuring unit, distinguished by the fact that, in order to increase the accuracy of measuring the strength of the electrostatic field, the carriage is equipped with a grounded plate and discharges the contact ktomu that the end of each carriage motion cycle respectively shield and withdrawn charge from the measuring electrode. 2.
