Description

The invention relates to the iron and metal industry and can be used in the manufacture of bulk-anore electrodes of electrolytic capacitors. Methods for dynamically forming foils in one or several baths are known. This results in a high current density when the foil enters the bath. When forming volume-anore anodes attached to a carrier tape (especially at high installations of 200 + 300 V), reducing the molding current and keeping it within specified limits are more difficult. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the value of the forming current and maintain it at a predetermined level, as well as reducing the time required for forming the anodes in the same bath with a feed to the nominal molding voltage. This goal is achieved in that the carrier tape is previously passed through an electrolyte column formed by inserting a dielectric tube into the bath. The indicated electrolyte column in the bottom is a variable electrical resistance included in the anodic non-successively. Wellness} 1a current at each moldable anode depends on the shape and size of the dielectric tube. Pa drawing presents the scheme of dynamic forming on the proposed method. The anodes are molded as follows. The anodes, mounted on the carrier tape 1, are transported by the rollers 2 in the electrolyte of the bath 3 through the electrolyte column formed by the dielectric tube 4. The cathode plates 5 are located in the bath 3 outside the dielectric tube 4. Subject of the invention Dynamic shaping method of electrically-capacitor capacitors, including transmissions of the lead of the tape with a volume-porn anodamp stuck to it through the electrolyte of the bath and nodachi on the tape of nominal molding, which differs in o, in order to reduce the value of the forming current and maintain it at a predetermined level, as well as save the process time, the carrier tape is preliminarily placed through the electrolyte column formed by the dielectric tube introduced into the bath.
