Description

At present, liquid treatment of the fiber in the slit and in the bundle is carried out primarily by irrigation (sprinkling; either by immersion or by the action of separate liquid jets supplied from both sides of the fiber being processed. However, such processing makes it impossible to intensify the process due to the difficult penetration of the processing liquid to the surface fiber. In addition, there is a heterogeneous processing of the fiber in a number of cases, since the fibers are not pre-dispersed and fixing the fiber or flashing the layers. In order to intensify the process, according to the proposed method, the processing liquid is supplied in the form of flat jets towards each other at an angle of 120-150 with a pressure of at least 0.1 kg / cm to the surface I 20 of the thickness of the fiber layer. when crossing using shielding devices, for example, a mesh conveyor, if these parameters are present, they form a bale liquid and gas layer before and after the junction where the fiber is subjected to additional processing. FIG. I schematically shows the processing of fiber in the slit; in fig. 2-- diagram of the forces acting on the fiber layer element. The layer I of the fiber is supplied, for example, by the mesh conveyor 2 to the zone of the fluidized bed (the direction of movement of the layer of fiber is indicated by an arrow). In this zone, the effect of molecular forces is reduced, i.e. the viscosity of the fluid decreases, due to which the fibers are dispersed and layer I is aligned in both height and width. Due to the bubbling flow of liquid and gas, the height of the fiber layer

Simultaneously: the process of mass transfer: exchange of the physical basis of the technology is accelerated; the process of fiber treatment. Further, flat streams of 3 and 3 processing liquid,; sharply accelerated the process of mass transfer: due to the kinetic energy of the jets and a high degree of turbulence in the flow of fluid, In the intersection zone of the jets 3 and 3, the fiber is processed, partially paralyzed and leveled-1
