Description

Изобретение относитс  к области приборостроени , в частност.и, к устройствам измерени  качественной и количественной характеристик записываемой и воспроизводимой информации в аппаратуре магнитной записи. Известны устройства дл  из.мерени  нелинейных искажений в алшаратуре магнитной записи. Однако известные устройст ва не позвол ют в отдельных случа х достаточно достоверно осуществл ть измерени  нелинейных искажений . Дл  повышени  достоверности измерений предлагаемое устройство снабжено инвертором , .включенным между полосовым фильтром и сумматором, а также последовательно соединенными вторым детектором и .интегратором , включенными между усилителем и точкой соединени  сумматора с инвертором. На чертеже тфиведена схема описываемого устройства дл  измерени  нелинейных искажений в аппаратуре магнитной записи. Параллельно включенные сумматор / и полосовой фильтр 2 соединены с инвертором 3, который через детектор 4, интегратор 5 и усилитель 6 подключен к выходу сумматора. После усилител  включены второй детектор 7 и индикатор 8. Входной сигнал подаетс  на зажим 9. Полосовой фильтр осуществл ет выделение первой гармоники подаваемого па вход устройства сигнала, а инвертор осуществл ет поворот фазы этой гармоники на 180° и компенсацию затухани  сигнала, происшедшего в полосовом фильтре. На один из входов сумматора подаетс  сигнал с исследуемого аппарата магнитной , а на другой - инвертированный сигнал первой гармоники с собственно инвертора. В результате на выходе су.мматора образуетс  продукт нелинейного искажени . Детектор 4 и интегратор 5 обеспечивают получение выпр мленного напр жени , которое пропорционально среднему значению напр жени  первой гармоники. Усилитель б с регул.ируемым коэффициентом усилени  служит дл  автоматической калибровки устройства , а индикатор S из.мер ет обычшим образом продетектированный детектором 7 сигнал,  вл ющийс  продуктом нелинейных искажений. A parallel-connected adder / and a band-pass filter 2 are connected to an inverter 3, which through the detector 4, the integrator 5 and the amplifier 6 is connected to the output of the adder. After the amplifier, the second detector 7 and the indicator 8 are turned on. The input signal is fed to terminal 9. The bandpass filter selects the first harmonic of the signal supplied to the device, and the inverter rotates the phase of this harmonic by 180 ° and compensates for the attenuation of the signal that occurred in the bandpass filter. . One of the inputs of the adder is supplied with a magnetic signal from the device under study, and the other with an inverted signal of the first harmonic from the inverter itself. As a result, a non-linear distortion product is formed at the output of the dry mattor. The detector 4 and the integrator 5 provide the rectified voltage, which is proportional to the average value of the first harmonic voltage. The amplifier b with adjustable gain serves to automatically calibrate the device, and the indicator S measures the signal, which is the product of nonlinear distortion, which is normally detected by the detector 7.
