The purpose of the invention is more complete use of tobacco waste and improving the quality of the finished product.

The device for preliminary heat treatment of tobacco waste is a vibrotransporter equipped with heat radiators, heating its metal surface, with a system for automatically maintaining the temperature of heat treatment and removal of moist air. Heat treatment of tobacco waste using vibrotransporter is carried out with the aim of inactivating the enzyme complex, excluding

and destruction of the reconstituted tobacco leaf binders. Heat treatment also improves the conditions for further sifting and grinding of tobacco raw materials.

An extractor for the extraction of aromatic substances from the non-conforming part of tobacco waste makes it possible to make the most of all tobacco waste. Obtaining aromatic extractive substances during the processing of tobacco waste, dosing them in predetermined proportions into the tobacco mass when it is mixed improves the quality of the tobacco leaf.

The device for the homogenization of tobacco mass is made in the form of a rotating rotor with grooves and a pedestal stator with transverse grooves on the inner circumference, which allows it to be used not only to disperse the tobacco mass, but also for subsequent supply (transfer) of pulp through a heat exchanger to form a sheet. . In the device, the tobacco mass is subjected to dispersion and cavitation treatment, as a result of which it is heated, therefore, feeding it after dispersing to the molding improves not only the molding, but also the substance of the sheet.

The installation 9 for forming and drying the reconstituted tobacco leaf can be tape or drum type, in which the forming device is designed as a two-chamber die 11 that provides high quality molding, and the design of the existing chamber ensures an intense pulsating thermal regime, for example, with alternate arrangement of thermal radiators and jet diffusers between them for cooling directional air flow.

Due to the temperature difference in the course of the movement of the tobacco belt, there is an effective removal of moisture from it. The described design of the plant and the drying mode allows to increase the speed of the tape and, consequently, increase the plant capacity.

From the feeder 1, tobacco waste is fed to the device 2, where it is subjected to preliminary heat treatment.

After heat treatment, during which the process of inactivation of the enzyme complex is in progress, as well as as a result of dampening tobacco, further conditions of sifting on sieve 3 are improved and crushed in a shredder 5. Before passing the sieve on the screen, the waste during passage through the sieve into the sieve is separated from possible metallic inclusions. Contaminated tobacco waste is sent from the sieve for further processing, and substandard waste that is heavily clogged, which cannot be used directly for processing into the recovered tobacco leaf, is sent to the apparatus

Then the tobacco mass enters the device 7 for homogenization, where it is subjected to cavitation dispersion.

As a result of the dispersing cavitation effect, the tobacco mass becomes more homogeneous, plastic, an additional redistribution of the extractive substances of tobacco occurs, as well as additional grinding of particles in the wet

condition and heating of the tobacco mass.

After the heat exchanger 8, the mass enters the installation 9 for forming and drying the tobacco ribbon. Since the die 11 is made two-chamber, the mass is distributed on

conveyor uniform layer. The shredded tobacco fibers are applied by a spraying device, and the roll is applied with a roll coated with an anti-adhesive material.

The tape is pulsed dry, which speeds up the drying process. After conditioning, the tape is cut and fed to a discharge conveyor 12.
