Известен флюс дл  пайки, содержащий следующие компоненты, %: Глицерин Этиловый спирт Хлористый цинк Дл  повышени  качества пайки в предлагаемый состав флюса введены фтористый натрий в количестве 4-6% и вазелин в количестве 67-69%, а остальные компоненты вз ты в следующем соотношении,:%: Глицерин3-5 Этиловый спирт16-20 Хлористый цинк4-6 Дл  повышени  активности флюса в него введен фтористый натрий. Однако температура плавлени  фтористого натри  равна 995°С, т. е. превышает температуру плавлени  припо  ПОС-61. Поэтому дл  снижени  температуры плавлени  во флюс введен хлористый цинк, имеющий температуру плавлени  313°С. Смесь солей фтористого натри  и хлористого цинка, вз та  в соотношении 1:1, имеет температуру плавлени  пор дка 180°С. Дл  удобства пользовани  флюс изготовлен в виде пасты на основе вазелина. Благодар  наличию основы из вазелина остаток флюса имеет хорошие электроизол ционные свойства и исключает коррозию спа нных деталей . Этиловый спирт и глицерин введены как растворители. Применение предлагаемого флюса при пайке способствует разрушению плотной окисной пленки на поверхности фольги из бериллиевой бронзы и тем самым повышает качество пайки.
