Description

The invention relates to the metallurgical industry and can be used in the ruddother: microfluidic and electric arc-smelting industry to improve the performance of carbon and graphite electrodes. The method of sealing the joints of a nipple joint of electrodes by introducing a coking contact into the joint of the joint, which, when the high-temperature zone reaches the high temperature, cokes and the thermal insulation of the joint. 1l1 prevents it from unscrewing during the operation of the electric arc flame. . However, due to the fact that a high-intergrating zone in which the flippers are transformed into a coke state, is located below the electrode holders, the nipple joint is loosened and after coking the paste, a gap is formed at the junction between the ends of the electrodes. As a result of this, heat is generated and the spark plug of the electrodes is also occasionally out of service, which increases the consumption of the electrodes and reduces the productivity of the aggregates due to the need for unnecessary process stops for trapping fragments of electrodes nz vanp. The proposed method differs from the fact that, in order to increase the reliability during the coking of the paste, the junction of the electrodes is compressed. The drawing shows an example of a real izatsnn onionable method. The junction 1 of electrodes 2 and 3, which is located in the high pressure zone of the coking paste, is located between the electrode holder 4 and the CURRENT of the device 5. As a result of this, the entire weight of the spark plug electrodes falls on the joint of the nipple connection. Consequently, the paste in the nipple joint is coked when the joint is compressed. In order to provide neo: my temperature, the paste is coked with additional heating, for example, from a high-degree CTOTiiroro inductor 6 located between the electrode holder and the current lead with the device. The method of sealing the joints of the nipple joint of the electrodes by introducing a coking paste into the joint zone, characterized in that, in order to increase the paste, the joint of the electrodes is compressed.
