Description

HRic). 428010 4There is a method of processing alloys on a chromium-nickel base, including multiple alternation of cold plastic deformation and heat treatment. However, the known method does not provide satisfactory hardness and elasticity of alloys containing more than 35% chromium. In order to increase the hardness and elasticity of alloys containing more than 35% chromium according to the proposed method, intermediate strains are produced with a degree of 40-75%, followed by quenching in water from a temperature of 1150-1250 ° C, and the final deformation is performed with a degree temperature is 450–600 ° C. The proposed method includes preliminary hot plastic deformation on fine grades, for example, by forging ingots and subsequent rolling, and alternating cold plastic deformation with heat treatment, and intermediate sizes are ordered with a degree of 40–75%, followed by quenching in water from a temperature of 1150–1250 ° C, and alkaline acid etching and liming, and deformation to a final size is carried out with a degree of 60–85%, followed by release in air at a temperature of 450-600 ° C for 4-5 hours. The proposed method was tested when machining alloy 40HNYu. The processing mode includes forging 150 kg of ingots per 75 mm billet, hot rolling of the billet 8 mm and cold deformation along the route: 08, 5.5 - 03.0, 0 - 01.5 - 0 1.2 (0.8), 5 mm with the heat treatment indicated above (the duration of the vacation is 4 hours). As a result of the treatment, the hardness of the melt is 62-63 units. HRc (after known processing 55-57 units. HRic). Due to the increased hardness and elasticity of nickel-chromium alloys containing more than 35% chromium, it is possible to use alloys as a material for supports and elastic elements instead of high-cobalt alloys and tungsten. The subject of the invention. A method of treating alloys on a chromium-nickel base, including multiple alternation of cold plastic deformation and heat treatment, characterized in that, in order to increase the hardness and elasticity of alloys containing more than 35% chromium, the weft deformations are carried out with a degree of 40-75% with subsequent quenching in water from a temperature, the final deformation is 1150-1250 ° C, and a degree of 60-85% followed by tempering is performed at 450-600 ° C. 428010 4
