Description
Изобретение относитс к смазочным композици м , содержащим иротивозадирные присадки. Известны смазочные композиции, включающие противозадирные ирисадки, содержащие трихлорметильную группу, например сложные эфиры трихлоруксусной кислоты, которые недостаточно эффективны. Целью изобретени вл етс улучщение иротивозадирных свойств смазочных масел, з особенности, работающих при повышенных температурах. Поставленна цель достигаетс введением в состав композиции в качестве нротивозадирной лриюадки производных трназина общей формулы cCi--c Y I 1 N где R, и Rs - ecu, Alk, OAlk, SAlk, NAlk, SCN; Alk - Ci-€12, Alk-€4-€,2. Указанные соединени готов т удобными известными методами: тримеризацией CCbCN или сотримеризацией его с AlkCN или AlkSCN. Другие производные этого типа можио легко ириготовить из производных с двум или трем трихлормет1ильньв1и группами заменой одной из них на радикалы OAlk, SAlk, NAlk, SCH ири деЙ1СТ1Вии сииртов, меркалта/нов , аминов, KSCN. Противозадирные свойства некоторых предлагаемых присадок в сравнении со свойствами известной присадки «Хлорэф-40 формулы СС1зРО(ОС4Н9)2 приведены в таблице. Приведенные результаты испытаний показывают очень высокую эффективность трихлорметильных производных триазина в качестве противозадирных присадок к минеральным маслам при сравнительно низкой (3%) концентрации. i3%-Hbie растворы метилбис(трихлорметил) триазина испытывали на коррозию по ГОСТу 2917: медь и сталь выдерживают, чугун не выдерживает. Эти растворы стабильны при хранении и устойчивы при -15° С.This invention relates to lubricating compositions containing anti-seize additives. These compounds are prepared by conveniently known methods: trimerisation of CCbCN or sterimerization thereof with AlkCN or AlkSCN. Other derivatives of this type can easily be prepared from derivatives with two or three trichloromethyl groups by replacing one of them with the radicals OAlk, SAlk, NAlk, SCH, and deI1ST1Vi Siirtov, mercalt / new, amines, KSCN. The extreme pressure properties of some of the proposed additives in comparison with the properties of the known additive “Chloreff-40 of the formula CC1ZRO (OC4H9) 2 are given in the table. The results of the tests show a very high efficiency of trichloromethyl triazine derivatives as extreme pressure additives for mineral oils at a relatively low (3%) concentration. i3% -Hbie solutions of methylbis (trichloromethyl) triazine were tested for corrosion according to GOST 2917: copper and steel are kept, the cast iron does not stand. These solutions are stable during storage and stable at -15 ° C.
