Description

. При изготовлении автопокрышек и, в частности, при раскрое прорезиненного корда, т. е. безъуточной ткани, получаетс значительное количество отходов, которые до насто щего времени наход т-себе применение лишь в качестве материала дл изготовлени не ответственных изделий ширпотреба (например передников) путем переработки отходов на вальцах. Такое использование ценных отходов корда нельз считать целесообразным, если прин ть во внимание, что содержание резины в кордных ткан х может доходить до 50%, а процент каучука в резиновых смес х, идущих на прорезиненйе кордных тканей , доходит до 90 у. Дл лучшей утилизации резины, содержащейс в отходах прорезиненного корла, насто щее изобретение имеет в виду полное отделение резины от отходов корда, предлага дл этой цели специальную машину ..
