Description
The invention relates to pump construction, in particular labyrinth pumps, in which pressure control is necessary. A labyrinth pump is known with a flow-through part formed by the conical surfaces of the auger and the holder, the rotor with the screw of which is mounted in a housing on bearings. The aim of the invention is to automatically adjust the head. This is achieved by the fact that the pump is equipped with a multi-way valve, a bushing mounted on the outer rings of the bearings and mounted for movement relative to the housing, and a piston with a rod resting on one of the ends of said bushing, the other end of which is spring-loaded. The cage has a series of radial channels arranged along the axis of the pump for connecting its flow part to the piston cavity through a multi-way valve. The drawing shows the proposed pump section. The lateral part of the labyrinth pump is formed by the conical surfaces of the screw 1 and the sleeve 2. The rotor 3 of the pump is mounted on bearings 4 placed in the housing 5. The sleeve 6 is fixed to the outer rings of the bearings 4 and can be moved relative to the housing 5. From one end, the sleeve 6 rests on the package springs 7, and on the other - to the piston rod 8. In the casing 2 there are a number of radial channels a located along the axis of the pump connected through a multi-way valve 9 with the cavity A of the piston 8. When the pump runs along the comic flow part there is a grad The pressure envelope, and consequently, in the holes a, the pumped liquid is under various pressures. By turning the multi-way valve, any of the holes a can be connected to the cavity A under the piston 8. The remaining holes a are isolated. Under the action of fluid, the piston 8 moves the sleeve 6, and with it the pump rotor with screw 1, due to which the clearance H along the flow part decreases, the pump head increases. Thus, a certain pump head corresponds to a certain position of the crane 9. 7 return the rotor of the pump to its original position. The subject of the invention. A labyrinth pump with a flow-through part formed by the conical surfaces of the auger and the cage, the rotor with the spike of which is mounted in a housing on bearings, characterized in that, in order to automatically adjust the pressure, the pump is equipped with
