Description

Изобретение относитс  к черной металлургии , в частности к устройствам воздухонагревательной доменной печи. Известны пр мые воздухопроводы гор чего дуть  с встроенной камерой горени , позвол ющие путем изменени  количества газореагентов поддерживать тем.пературу дуть  на определенном уровне. Однако в таких воздухопроводах не обеспечиваетс  равномерность распределени  нагретого дуть  по сечению, а также имеет место ускоренное разрушение футеровки тракта гор чего дуть . Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение степени смешивани  продуктов горени  и дуть . Это достигаетс  тем, что камера горени  выполнена в виде диффузора с расположением форсунок iHO периметру пережима нотока технологического дуть . В нагретом дутье сжигаетс  небольшое Ko-f личество -газа, который равномерно вводитс  несколькими газовыми горелками по периметру камеры горени . В результате при регулировании можно значительно повысить темлературу доменного дуть  и равномерность ее раснределени  по сечению гор чего тракта. На чертеже показан тфедлагаемый воздухопровод с встроенной камерой горени , где 1 - воздухонровод гор чего дуть ; 2 - газопровод; 3 - кольцевой газопровод с обратным клапаном 4; 5 - газовые горелки с вентил ми; 6 - камера горени . Камера горени  выполнена в виде диффузора С углом раскрыти  6-9°, с меньшим по сравнению с воздухонроводом диаметром и утолпхенной кладкой. Горелки установлены в минимальном сечении камеры горени . Указанное выполнение камеры горени  позвол ет резко увеличить скорость воздушного потока и использовать эффект диффузора, обеспечивающего необходнмое перемешивание и равномерную темнературу по объему дуть  в ка .мере горени  с минимальными потер ми давленил дуть . В воздухонровод гор чего дуть  через газовые горелки по периметру минимального сечени  камеры горени  ввод т газ (под давлением более высоким, чем в воздухопроводе ), который, сгора  в камере и равномерно перемешива сь с дутьем, новышает темлературу воздуха. Количество подаваемого через горелки газа регулируют в зависимости от уровн , до которого надо повысить температуру . In the heated blast, a small Ko-f amount of gas is burned, which is uniformly introduced by several gas burners around the perimeter of the combustion chamber. As a result, during regulation, it is possible to significantly increase the temperature of the domain blast and the uniformity of its distribution over the cross section of the hot path. The drawing shows a connecting duct with an integrated combustion chamber, where 1 is an air duct that is hot to blow; 2 - gas pipeline; 3 - annular gas pipeline with check valve 4; 5 - gas burners with valves; 6 - combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is made in the form of a diffuser. With an opening angle of 6-9 °, with a smaller diameter compared to the air duct and the installed masonry. The burners are installed in the minimum cross-section of the combustion chamber. This embodiment of the combustion chamber makes it possible to drastically increase the speed of the air flow and to use the effect of a diffuser, which provides the necessary mixing and uniform temneture, by volume, blow as far as burning with minimal pressure losses. Gas is blown through the gas burners along the perimeter of the minimum cross-section of the combustion chamber into the duct.
