Description
(54) METHOD FOR OBTAINING GRANULAR FERTILIZERS
0,6%.gases is 399 ° C, and the temperature of the outgoing gases is 113 ° C. The finished fertilizer, in which up to 75% of the particles are in the size range from 5 to 16 (according to British Standard sieves), is removed from the substance with temperature and contains moisture in an amount of from 0.1 to 0.6%.
Example 2. Offset granulated fertilizer 14:28:14 is prepared as follows.
Наилучщие результаты получают при содержании влаги в указанном ингредиенте, соответствующем 4-6%, причем остальна требуема влага вводитс во вращающийс слой путем распылени .10 parts (dry weight) of a solid ingredient consisting of ammonium monoammonium phosphate ammonium nitrate and containing, according to analysis, 36% phosphorus nioxide and 18% nitrogen (dry weight) at different levels of moisture content, giving at least 15% moisture from the required for the wet granulation process, and 3 parts of potassium chloride (60% potassium oxide) are pre-biased and injected into a rotating drum granulator along with 13 parts of recycled fine particles and crushed large lumps. In a rotating layer of granulated material, the temperature of the EO ° C is maintained by external heating of the drum. The most favorable granulation occurs when using a solid ammonium phosphate ingredient containing 4-8% water and adding a small amount of water by spraying water in a rotating bed; you get a load for substance, containing 2.5-3% water. The amount of moisture required for granulation and introduced with the solid ingredient ammonium phosphate, under these conditions, is from 50 to 80%. When the moisture content in the specified solid ingredient ammonium phosphate in excess of about 8%, large lumps are formed. Best results are obtained when the moisture content of the specified ingredient is 4-6%, and the remaining required moisture is introduced into the rotating layer by spraying.
The granulated material from the drum granulator is dried to a moisture content of 0.3% in a parallel-flow rotary tank in which the maximum temperature of the solid material is approximately 00 ° C.
Example 3. Granular fertilizer 19: 19: 19 receive in a manner similar to
Дол влаги , требуемой дл гранулировани , вводимойdescribed in example 2. 10 parts (dry weight) of a solid ingredient consisting of urea and monoammonium phosphate and containing, according to analysis, 28% phosphorus pentoxide and 5 28% nitrogen (dry weight) with different moisture content, giving at least , 15% of the moisture from the wet granulation required for the process is pre-blended with 4.7 parts of potassium chloride and granulated by adding different amounts of water together with 14.7 parts of recycled fine particles and crushed large lumps in a rotary granulator at 60 ° WITH. The most successful granulation is achieved when the moisture content in the specified ammonium phosphate solid ingredient is 2-4% and when the moisture content in the load for the dryer is 2.0-2.8%. The amount of moisture required for the granulation introduced
0 together with the indicated ingredient, is thus from 24 to 68%. Drying of the granules to a moisture content of 0.5% is carried out in a rotary rotary flow pan with a maximum temperature of about 70 ° C.
