Description
Famous paper pulp for moisture-strength and packaging paper, consisting of cellulose, ground to 28-35 ° SR, rosin glue, melamine-formaldehyde resin and precipitator. Melamine-formaldehyde resin is produced in solid form and, therefore, it is pre-dissolved to a concentration of 10-12% in a weak solution of hydrochloric acid and before use, the solution is kept for maturation for 8-16 hours. From the paper pulp prepared in this way, paper is poured and dried, which is carried out by known methods.
A disadvantage of the known paper pulp is the inability of the melamine-formaldehyde resin to dissolve in water, the high cost of the resin and its scarcity, as well as the need to have special acid-resistant containers with brooms for both dilution and maturation of the resin in hydrochloric acid solution.
%:In order to improve the moisture resistance of paper and simplify the technology of its production as a resin, the proposed paper pulp contains 10-20% aqueous solution of the KS-11 urea formaldehyde resin with free formaldehyde content of not more than 5% in the following ratio of components, weight. %:

The preparation of paper pulp is carried out as follows.
Unbleached sulphate pulp is milled in the usual way to 28-35 ° ShR and glued with rosin glue at the rate of 0.3-0.4% of rosin to absolutely dry fiber. Urea-formaldehyde resin grade KS-11 is diluted with water at a pH not lower than 7 at a temperature of 4–20 ° C from 40–60% of the initial concentration to 10–20% and introduced into the ground mass having a concentration of 2–5%, after rosin glue with continuous mixing. After thorough mixing, the precipitates are precipitated along with glue on the fiber with a solution of alumina (or aluminum potassium alum), added to the mass to a pH of 4.5-5.0. Alumina consumption is 2.8-6% to fiber.
2,8-6,0.White rosin glue is, in one case, not only a sizing agent, but also a resin stabilizer, and adding resin after glue provides a better distribution of resin in the mass and prevents its premature coagulation. Coagulation of glue and resin with alumina or alum increases the retention of these substances in paper and increases its moisture resistance. The paper is poured and dried on a paper machine in a known manner. The table shows the physico-mechanical characteristics of the experimental bag and wet-strength paper as a result of testing this paper according to standard methods after conditioning. It follows from the table that the use of urea-formaldehyde resin grade KS-11 increases the water resistance of paper from 6.9 to 29–32.8% and increases the strength of the bags in the wet state in the number of sustained shocks with O 5. Resin KS-11 is not deficient. When replacing resin grade 76/300 and KS-11, savings are achieved by reducing the cost of the materials used and reducing the cost of preparing the resin KS-11 instead of resin 76/300. The subject matter of the invention. Paper pulp for the manufacture of, for example, wrapping paper, containing su; uncut wood pulp, resin, rosin glue and precipitant, characterized in that, in order to increase the moisture resistance of paper and simplify its manufacturing technology, it contains as resin 10-20% KS-11 urea-formaldehyde resin water containing free formaldehyde is not more than 5%, with the following ratio of components, weight. %: Sulfate unbleached cellulose 85,1-94,1 Urea-formaldehyde resin KS-112.8-8.5 Rosin glue0.3-0.4 Osaditel2.8-6.0.
